US Postal Service (4 - 5 Day Estimated Delivery)

FREE shipping on all orders!

Domestic US orders are shipped United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depending on weight) and normally arrive within 4 to 5 business days.

Delivery Confirmation indicates that for US orders placed with 123underwear utilizing Free or Standard Shipping with the US Postal Service were delivered on average in 3.6 business days.

This time period is not guaranteed by the Postal Service. This is a stated "goal" for delivery by US Postal Service for delivery within continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO will take longer.

Canada and Mexico

Airmail (7 - 14 Day Estimated Delivery)

FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped Airmail (International First Class) and can take up to 15 days to arrive. Orders to Canada and Mexico may be subject to fees imposed by that country's customs department, and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and South America

Airmail (7 - 14 Day Estimated Delivery)

Airmail (International First Class) service provides delivery to most countries in 7 to 14 business days. International orders may also be subject to fees imposed by the destination country's customs department, and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

UPS 3-Day Express Ground Delivery

This service is FREE on all orders over $100.

UPS 3-Day Express Ground Delivery is for weekday delivery only.

• Traceable with a tracking number that is e-mailed to you at the time the package is picked up at our facility.
• Same day shipping for all UPS orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time US. Orders for UPS 3-Day Express Ground Delivery received after 4:00 pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday.
• Faster than the US Postal Service for most parts of the US by 1 - 2 days.
• Guaranteed Delivery within 3 days. Orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time on Monday are delivered on Thursday.
  • Exclusions to the guarantee include:
    • Packages ordered on or transported during one of the following major holiday's: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day
    • Disruption in air or ground transportation caused by weather or other conditions related to strikes or labor disputes.

UPS 2-Day Delivery

For a flat fee of $9.00 we will ship your order via UPS 2-Day Delivery for weekday delivery only.

• Same day shipping for all UPS orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time US. Orders for UPS 2-Day Delivery received after 4:00 pm on Friday will be sent on Monday.
• Traceable with a tracking number that is e-mailed to you at the time the package is picked up at our facility.
• Guaranteed Delivery within 3 days. Orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time on Monday are delivered on Wednesday.
  • Exclusions to the guarantee include:
    • Packages ordered on or transported during one of the following major holiday's: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day

• Traceable with a tracking number that is e-mailed to you at the time the package is picked up at our facility.
• Guaranteed Delivery within 3 days. Orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time on Monday are delivered on Tuesday by 3:00 pm.
  • Exclusions to the guarantee include:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam residents will be presented with a US Postal Service Express Mail option rather than the UPS Next Day By 3PM service. The shipping charge is the same, $20 USD.

Priority Airmail (4 - 7 Day Estimated Delivery)

Priority Airmail (International Priority) provides delivery to participating countries in 4 to 7 business days[*]. This service is faster than regular Airmail. It also provides delivery confirmation, providing high level information about where your package is while in the International mail system. International orders may also be subject to fees imposed by the destination country's customs department, and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

Global Express (2 - 4 Day Estimated Delivery) * Special Note for Great Britain

This service provides international delivery to participating countries in 4 days[*]. For a flat fee of $27 we will ship your order via Global Express Mail which is an expedited airmail letter-post service providing fast, reliable, and economical delivery.
