Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

Shipping charges for orders less than $50 are only $4, which will be applied by the system during the checkout process.

All domestic US orders will be shipped United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail (Depending on weight) and normally arrive within 4 business days. Orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via Air Mail. All orders received prior to 5PM Central Time are delivered to the post office the very next morning.

Domestic US orders should arrive within 3-4 business days from the order date. Canada and Mexico orders may take longer and delivery times vary. International orders may also be subject to fees imposed by that country's customs department.

FedEx 3-Day (United States Only) $9USD, or FREE on all orders over $150.

3-Day Delivery for US based orders. For a flat fee of $9 we will ship your order via Federal Express 3-Day Mail for weekday delivery only. Orders received on Friday or Saturday will be scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. Orders received on Sunday will be scheduled for Thursday delivery. Orders over $100 will require signature confirmation.

The order must be received by 5:00pm Central Time. Orders received after 5:00 pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders processed after 5:00 pm on Thursdays will not arrive at their destination until Wednesday. Customers requiring Saturday Delivery should email service@123underwear.com or call us toll free at (866) 326-9377.

If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status (we will ship back ordered items via US Priority Mail without additional charge).

FedEx 2-Day (United States Only) $14USD

2-Day Delivery for US based orders. For a flat fee of $14 we will ship your order via Federal Express 2-Day Mail for weekday delivery only. Orders received on Friday or Saturday will be scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. Orders received on Sunday will be scheduled for Wednesday delivery. Orders over $100 will require signature confirmation.

Global Express (Canada and Mexico) $23USD

Orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via Air Mail Parcel Post, and are shipping in Rugged Packaging. All orders received prior to 5PM(-6 GMT) are delivered to the post office the very next morning.

International orders may also be subject to fees imposed by that country's customs department, and are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

This service provides international delivery to participating countries in 4 days^*. For a flat fee of $23 we will ship your order via Global Express Mail which is an expedited airmail letter-post service providing fast, reliable, and economical delivery. Global Express Mail items receive priority handling in the United States and in destination countries. Service is available only to the following destination countries:
