123underwear strives to create an online shopping experience that is simply enjoyable. Shipping is free for all US orders. Low cost international shipping options are also available. We have a dedicated customer service team that process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

Live Inventory

123underwear is equipped with Live Inventory. Live Inventory allows you to only shop in stock and available items. You will spend less time searching by shopping only in-stock products. Nearly all orders will ship complete with in 24 hours.

Live Inventory filters allow you to display products that match the criteria you specify making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. For example, if you would like to see what is available in medium from Men's 2(x)ist, simply click on the Men's tab, select 2xist from the left menu, and medium from the find your size filter at the top of the page.

Printed catalogs

We do not currently offer a printed catalog. At 123underwear you will find that we are continuously adding products to our selection. By maintaining the Internet based web site, you are able to instantly review the most up-to-date styles.

Shipping rates and options

123underwear has a variety of shipping options available for both inside and outside the US. A list of rates and delivery time frames can be found on our shipping information page. All orders are treated with the same sense of urgency and are processed and shipped with in 24 hours.

Visit our account registration page to create your free account. Signing up for a free 123underwear account will allow you to save your shipping information for fast and easy check out.

Benefits of an account

Access our centralized account dashboard to obtain the latest tracking information for your order. Turn on/off e-mail from 123underwear containing exclusive coupons, offers and sale announcements. Making a purchase is even faster and easier when you already have an account.

Recovering forgotten passwords

You can subscribe or unsubscribe to email sent from 123underwear by visiting the newsletter section of the account profile page. Simply enter your email address and choose if you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from the drop down menu. 123underwear neither buys nor sells e-mail lists. Please visit our privacy policy regarding the safekeeping of your information.

Tracking your order / Order history

You can track your order by visiting our order tracking page. To track your order while we prepare it to ship, type your order number and postal/zip code into the corresponding fields.

Adding products to your shopping bag

To add an item to your bag, follow the three simple steps below:

  1. Select your item's size and color from the drop down menu.
  2. Enter the quantity of the items you would like to buy in the field labeled "Quantity".
  3. Click the blue button labeled "Add to Bag".

My shopping bag is always empty

If your shopping bag is empty, but you have added items to your bag, cookies may be disabled on your browser.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies are required to personalize your shopping experience and to remember what items are in your shopping bag. If your web browser is not set to accept cookies from our website, you will not be able to place an order or take advantage of some features on our website. Item out of stock / Size/Color is missing

Our Live Inventory system removes product sizes and colors when they become out of stock, however it is possible that a backorder could be created if there is not sufficient quantity on-hand to cover an order for multiple units of a product. We will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status (we will ship back ordered items via US Postal Service without additional charge).

I can't find what I'm looking for / Special ordering

If you can not find an item that you are looking for and you would like to special order a product please use our online contact form to contact our product questions department. After we receive your email and review your request we will contact you.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and International Money Orders for mail-in orders.

Telephone / Mail-in orders

If you would like to place your order over the phone please feel free to call us between 9 am - 6 pm central US time (-6 GMT) at (888) 621-9956 (inside the US) or +1 314 621 1633 (outside of the US). A customer service representative will be happy to take your order.

We also accept Mail-in orders in the form of Money Orders or International Money orders. Please follow these simple steps for placing a Mail-in order:

  1. Select the merchandise you desire by adding it to your shopping bag.
  2. Proceed to the check-out screen and click on the link, "Place Order Without Account"
  3. Fill in the form with your shipping information and click the "Continue" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
  4. At this point you will need to print the order page out on a printer. The page should contain your shipping information, merchandise ordered and the total due.
  5. Fill out a money order for the total amount. Please make it payable to: 123underwear.
  6. Mail the printed form along with your payment to:

  7. Your items will be shipped to you via whatever shipping method you choose.

Sales tax and import duties

All items are shipped out from Saint Louis, MO. Missouri residents are subject to sales tax.

Import duties and custom fees may be imposed at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer to pay.

Changing or cancelling an order

All orders are shipped with in 24 hours. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your order we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please reply to your order confirmation email with your requests or fill out our online contact form.

At this time we do not offer Gift Certificates on 123underwear.

Returns and Exchanges

Return policy

You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange or a refund, or carry a "store credit" which would not expire.

Exchange process

For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items. After we receive your exchange we will process the exchange as you requested and ship the new item(s) back out to you.

Store Credit Policy

You can also return an item(s) for a store credit. After we receive your return we will issue a store credit that you can use at a later date. The store credit will not expire.

Express shipping / Rushed processing

If you need your order faster, 123underwear has a variety of express shipping options for both US and International orders.

Express orders outside the US are shipped using Global Express or International Priority both options are provided by the US Postal Service in cooperation with the postal service in the destination country. Please refer to our shipping information page for a list of participating countries.

APO/AFO addresses / P.O. Boxes / Special addresses

We ship to APO/AFO and P.O. Boxes using the United States Postal Service. APO/AFO and P.O. Boxes can not be shipped using UPS.

Order tracking

An up-to-date status on all orders placed on 123underwear can be obtained using our order tracking system. Simply provide your order number and your postal/zip code. If you signed up for a free 123underwear account, you can log in to see your order tracking information within the account dashboard.
